Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant or food and beverage outlet, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage staff scheduling, maintain food safety standards, control operational costs, and foster a positive, professional working environment.

To oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high service standarts, and lead the team effectively.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory of managerial role within a hotel or restaurant.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of restaurant services standards, food safety, adn guest handling.

• able to manage daily operations staff scheduling, and cost control effectively.

• Fluent in English with professional appearance and positive attitude.
