Spa Therapist ( Daily Worker )

Spa Therapist Daily Worker (DW) is a casual daily worker whose job is to provide body care and relaxation (wellness) services directly to guests, in order to create a relaxing holiday or rest experience.

• Providing Body Treatments: Providing various spa services to guests, such as Balinese massage, aromatherapy, body scrubs, facials, reflexology, and manicures/pedicures, in accordance with company-defined SOPs.

• Brief Guest Consultation: Welcoming guests, inquiring about their medical history (e.g., any injuries or pregnancies), and explaining the type of treatment and massage oils to be used.

• Preparing the Room & Equipment: Preparing the spa (treatment room) before guests enter, ensuring a comfortable temperature, lighting aromatherapy scents, and ensuring the availability of clean towels and linens supplied by the housekeeping team.

• Maintaining Cleanliness & Sanitation: Cleaning and putting away massage products and equipment after the treatment is complete so they are ready for the next guest.

• Minimum 6 month experience in similar position for daily worker.

• Able to fluently communicate in English both verbal and written.

• Well groomed and attractive.

• Willing to learn.
