Jobs in the e-commerce sector focus on managing, marketing, and operating a company's online stores on various marketplace platforms (such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) and standalone websites to increase digital sales.

• Platform Management (Store Operations): Uploading products, updating prices, managing inventory, and ensuring the online store's visual appearance remains attractive and informative.

• Campaign & Promotion Management: Designing and executing monthly promotional strategies (such as 11.11 double-date promotions, payday discounts, or special bundled packages).

• Sales Data Analysis: Monitoring visitor traffic, tracking sales conversions, and analyzing store performance to develop the next promotional strategy.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborating with the warehouse/operations team regarding shipping, as well as the Customer Service team, to ensure digital consumer inquiries or complaints are handled promptly.

• Digital Advertising: Running paid ads (such as Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Marketing Solutions, or Google/Meta Ads) to attract more buyers.

• Oversee the design, functionality, and content of the hotels/Villa official website, ensuring it is use friendly, visually, appealing and optimized for Search Engines, Online Travel Agencies (OTA's) & Channel Management.

• Responsible for driving online visibility, engagement and revenue growth through the hotel's website, online travel agencies (OTA's), social media and other digital channels.

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to maximize direct bookings and market share.

• Manage the hotel's presence content (images, descriptions) and inventory on various third-party platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, Trip Advisor, etc)

• Ensuring rate parity and maximizing exposure.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including Search Engine, Search Engine Marketing, email marketing and social media advertising to drive qualified traffic and conversions.

• Monitor online reviews and guest feedback across all platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses to maintain a positive online reputation.

• Work closely with cross functional teams, including sales, IT, Marketing and operations, to ensure online effort align with overall business objectives.
