E-commerce Staff (E-commerce Specialist or Marketplace Admin) is a digital operational position tasked with managing all store sales activities on online platforms.

• Product Showcase Management: Uploading new product photos (uploading listings), writing informative product descriptions, setting prices, and updating daily stock quantities regularly.

• Online Customer Service (Live Chat): Responding to questions, complaints, or consultations from potential buyers in the marketplace chat column quickly and in a friendly manner to increase the store's response score.

• Order Processing (Order Fulfillment): Monitoring incoming orders, printing shipping receipts (packing slips), and ensuring order status changes in a timely manner to avoid automatic cancellation by the system.

• Campaign & Promo Management: Arranging store participation in major marketplace campaigns (such as 11.11 double date promos, flash sales, or creating store vouchers).

• Sales Evaluation & Reports: Reviewing store performance data, monitoring reviews/ratings from buyers, and compiling monthly turnover reports on online sales results.

• Familiar with Seller Center: Must master how seller dashboard systems such as Shopee Seller Center, Tokopedia Seller, TikTok Shop Seller Center, or Lazada Seller work.

• Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (especially Excel for inventory data and sales reports) and internet browsers.

• Gadget & Internet Understanding: Accustomed to working using a PC/Laptop and Smartphone simultaneously with an intense internet connection.

• Basic Graphic Design (Plus Point): Able to use basic editing applications such as Canva or CapCut to simply tidy up product photos or create simple promotional content.
