Digital Content & Social Media Specialist

A Social Media Specialist is responsible for building, managing, and enhancing a brand's digital presence across various social media platforms. Their primary focus is creating creative content that engages audiences, building engagement (community), and monitoring digital trends to enhance the company's image and sales.

• Account Management: Manage and optimize the company's main social media accounts, such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Content Production: Create concepts and independently produce creative content, from taking photos and videos to creating short videos (Reels & TikTok).

• Planning & Writing: Create weekly/monthly content calendars and write engaging captions that align with the brand's characteristics.

• Basic Graphic Design: Create simple visual assets for Instagram Stories, Carousels, and other social media graphic needs.

• Data Analysis: Monitor social media analytics, track content performance, and create regular reports to assess the effectiveness of the strategies used.

• Advertising & SEO: Stay on top of digital trends and assist with paid advertising (such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads).

• Proven experience in creating, managing, and enhancing a brand's online presence across various social media platforms.

• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.

• Excellent organizational skills along with strong time management skills.

• A creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
