Storekeeper

A storekeeper is fully responsible for managing, storing, recording, and monitoring the flow of all goods and supplies in a company's warehouse. In the hospitality or F&B industry, a storekeeper ensures that food, beverages, linens, stationery, and cleaning supplies are stored safely, neatly, and accurately, according to the recording system.

• Goods Receipt: Receives goods delivered by suppliers and matches them with Delivery Notes and Purchase Orders to ensure appropriate quantity and quality.

• Storage & Arrangement: Neatly arranges goods in the warehouse using specific methods (such as FIFO - First In, First Out) to prevent expiration or damage.

• Stock Taking: Maintains daily digital and manual records (stock cards) for all incoming and outgoing goods, and conducts periodic physical stocktaking.

• Goods Issuance: Serves and distributes goods to other departments (such as the Kitchen, Housekeeping, or Bar teams) based on approved official goods requisition forms.

• Cleanliness & Security: Ensures the warehouse area is always clean, dry, pest-free, and securely locked to prevent loss of company assets.

• Female candidate preferred

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service

• Honest, responsible, and highly disciplined

• Strong hospitality mindset and excellent customer service skills

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Flexible and willing to work shifts
