This job focuses on logistics operations and direct customer service in the field. Its primary responsibility is to ensure that rental motorcycles reach tourists (whether at the airport, hotel, or meeting point) on time and to retrieve them at the end of the rental period, documenting the condition of the motorcycles.

• Shuttle Mobility: Delivering the motorcycle units ordered by consumers to the destination location (such as Kuta, Seminyak, Ngurah Rai Airport) and picking them up again according to schedule.

• Unit Condition Check: Checking the suitability of the motorcycle, the availability of helmets, raincoats, and documenting/photographing the physical condition of the motorcycle before and after being rented to avoid disputes.

• Consumer Service: Briefly explaining the rental rules, collecting identity guarantees (KTP/Passport), and assisting with payment transactions on the spot if necessary.

• Fleet Maintenance: Participating in monitoring the cleanliness of the motorcycle and coordinating if there are units that require routine service (oil/tire changes) to the workshop.

• Minimum Vocational High School/Equivalent Education

• Have a driving license ( SIM C )
