FBS ( Trainee )

The Food & Beverage Service (F&B Service) Trainee assists in providing excellent dining experiences for guests by delivering high-quality service in restaurants, cafés, bars, or banquet areas. This position offers hands-on training in hospitality operations, customer service, and food and beverage standards.

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.

• Set up and clear tables before and after service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

• Assist in preparing dining equipment and utensils.

• Handle guest inquiries and provide prompt assistance.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

General Qualifications

• Good English skills (both written and spoken).

• Good team player with a positive attitude.

• Available for immediate placement (Daily Worker Casual: 24–27 June 2026).

• All positions are covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

• Trainees are entitled to a meal allowance and a certificate upon completion.
