FBP ( Trainee )

The Food & Beverage Product (FBP) Trainee assists in the preparation, production, and presentation of food and beverages while ensuring quality, hygiene, and consistency standards are maintained. This role provides hands-on experience in kitchen operations and food preparation within hotels, restaurants, cafés, or resort

• Assist in food and beverage preparation according to recipes and standards.

• Prepare ingredients and kitchen equipment before operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.

• Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper presentation.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

• Store ingredients properly and monitor stock levels.

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff during daily operations.

• Support inventory management and minimize food waste.

• Work closely with the service team to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in kitchens, restaurants, or hotels is an advantage but not required.

• Good English skills (written and spoken) are preferred.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Available for immediate placement.
