Human Resources Manager

A Human Resources Manager oversees the entire HR department, ensuring that all human resources operations align with the company's strategic business goals. They are responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, training, and employee relations while maintaining a positive, legally compliant, and highly productive work environment.

• Policy Development & Enforcement: Creating, updating, and implementing company policies, employee handbooks, and operational procedures in compliance with current labor laws.

• Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs and overseeing the selection process for key positions.

• Employee Relations: Acting as a bridge between management and employees by addressing questions, handling grievances, and fostering high morale.

• Performance & Talent Management: Overseeing annual performance appraisal systems and identifying training needs to develop employee skills.

• Compensation & Benefits Administration: Structuring competitive salary scales, allowances, bonuses, and health insurance plans to attract and retain top talent.

• HR Budgeting: Managing the annual budget for the HR department, including recruitment costs, training expenses, and company events.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certifications (Highly Preferred): Professional HR certifications such as CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) in Indonesia, or international equivalents like SHRM-CP or PHR.

• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in the HR field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Language: Fluent, professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for managing corporate communications, international stakeholders, or expatriate employees.
