DW Front Office

A Front Office Daily Worker provides essential operational support to the front desk, guest relations, or bell desk teams during peak arrival windows, high-occupancy weekends, or holiday seasons. Acting as the face of the hotel, they assist with greeting guests, managing luggage flows, answering phone inquiries, and executing smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

• Guest Welcoming & Escorting: Greeting guests warmly upon their arrival at the lobby, offering welcome drinks, and escorting them to the reception counter or their rooms.

• Check-In & Check-Out Assistance: Assisting Front Desk Agents with verifying guest IDs, filling out registration cards, issuing room keys, and handling luggage drop-offs.

• Lobby & Queue Management: Managing the flow of the lobby during busy check-in hours, ensuring guests are lined up correctly, and addressing simple questions to reduce waiting times.

• Telephone Operator Support: Answering incoming hotel calls, transferring inquiries to correct departments (Housekeeping, Room Service), and taking accurate messages.

• Education: High School Graduate, Vocational High School Graduate (SMK Perhotelan), or an active student/graduate from a Tourism/Hospitality university.

• Experience: Entry-level friendly. While fresh graduates are highly welcome, candidates who have successfully completed a 3-to-6 month Front Office internship (On-the-job training) in a 4- or 5-star hotel are given top priority.

• Language: Fluent conversational English is essential, as the Front Office is the primary point of contact for international tourists and business travelers.
