Sales Executive

A Sales Executive is responsible for driving a company's revenue by actively seeking out new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. They act as the primary commercial bridge between the company and its business clients (B2B) or individual consumers (B2C), ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively researching and identifying new market segments, potential clients, and business leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.

• Client Meetings & Site Inspections: Conducting face-to-face meetings, product presentations, or property tours (in hospitality) to showcase the company's value proposition.

• Sales Proposal & Contract Drafting: Preparing accurate price quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiating terms and conditions before finalizing sales contracts.

• Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding assigned individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.

• 1 year minimum experience in the same position

• Fluent in english, both written and spoken

• High motivation and willing to work as a team
