A Content Creator & Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging digital content (videos, photos, graphics, and copy) across a company's social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Their primary goal is to grow brand awareness, foster an active online community, and drive user engagement through creative visual storytelling and strategic platform management.

• Content Planning & Content Calendar: Developing a weekly or monthly content blueprint that aligns with the brand’s marketing campaigns, product launches, or seasonal events.

• Production & Execution: Scripting, filming, and editing high-quality visual content—acting both behind the camera and occasionally on-camera as the face of the brand.

• Platform Management & Publishing: Scheduling and publishing posts at optimal times on TikTok, Instagram, and other channels while utilizing proper SEO keywords and hashtags.

• Trend Jacking: Monitoring social media landscapes daily to catch viral audio, memes, and challenges, adapting them quickly to fit the brand's identity.

• Performance Reporting: Tracking, analyzing, and presenting monthly social media metrics to marketing heads to evaluate which content styles drive the best return on investment (ROI).

• Influencer Coordination: Identifying, contacting, and collaborating with micro-influencers or key opinion leaders (KOLs) for promotional campaigns.

• Portfolio Requirement: A proven digital portfolio showcasing past video projects, social media campaigns, graphic designs, or a track record of growing personal/brand channels.

• Language: Fluent written and conversational English is highly critical, especially for tracking global trends, writing captions for international audiences, and communicating with foreign clients or stakeholders.
