Accounting

The Accounting department ensures the financial integrity of a business by verifying, classifying, and reporting all economic activities. A mid-to-senior accounting professional oversees the closing of financial books, ensures strict adherence to local and international accounting standards, and provides leadership with accurate financial intelligence to guide strategic business decisions.

• Month-End & Year-End Closures: Managing the finalization of the company’s books every month, ensuring all accruals, prepayments, and adjusting entries are posted correctly.

• Financial Statement Approval: Reviewing and approving ledger reconciliations, fixed asset registers, and the final financial reporting packages.

• Tax Strategy & Filing: Overseeing the accurate calculation, reporting, and timely payment of all monthly and corporate annual income taxes to avoid state penalties.

• Audit Coordination: Serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors, providing necessary working papers, and explaining financial variances.

• Cash Flow Monitoring: Analyzing operational cash inflows and outflows to ensure the business maintains optimal liquidity for its daily needs.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2) in Accounting or Finance.

• Certifications (The Ultimate Career Accelerators):

  • Brevet Pajak A/B/C (Indonesian Tax Certification).

  • CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) for corporate advancement.

• Experience: 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with initial years spent in a public accounting firm (Big Four or local KAP) followed by commercial corporate experience.

• Language: Professional written and spoken English is mandatory for multinational reporting, managing overseas investor books, and navigating global software suites.
