Staff Kasir

A Cashier Staff member is responsible for managing the checkout counter, processing customer payments, and ensuring excellent point-of-sale service. Operating at the final touchpoint of the customer journey, they accurately scan items, handle cash and digital transactions, resolve basic customer inquiries, and balance the cash drawer at the end of every shift.

• Transaction Processing: Greeting customers warmly, scanning or manually entering product codes, and accepting accurate payments via cash, cards, or QRIS codes.

• Receipt Issuance & Packaging: Printing itemized sales receipts, processing membership discounts, and neatly packaging purchased goods or food items for the customer.

• Daily Cash Reconciliation: Counting the initial cash float before the shift starts and performing accurate final calculations (clapping or balancing the register) at closing to ensure zero financial discrepancies.

• Upselling & Promotion Briefing: Politely informing customers about active store promotions, special bundles, or loyalty reward programs during the checkout process.

• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or Vocational High School Graduate (SMA / SMK Akuntansi, Perhotelan, or Pemasaran is highly preferred).

• Experience: Entry-level friendly. While fresh graduates are highly welcome, candidates with prior experience in cash handling, retail retail sales, or customer service internships are given a competitive edge.

• Language: Basic-to-conversational English is highly essential, particularly in tourist-heavy destinations, to confidently state transaction totals, process international cards, and greet foreign customers politely.

• Integrity & Trustworthiness: A completely clean background record, as they are directly responsible for managing physical company revenue daily.
