Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer creates visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. They combine art and technology to build visually appealing layouts for various applications—such as social media graphics, print advertisements, corporate presentations, digital marketing banners, and promotional merchandise—ensuring the company’s message is consistently represented.

• Visual Content Creation: Designing everyday marketing assets, including engaging Instagram/TikTok templates, Facebook ad banners, newsletter graphics, and web banners.

• Print & Layout Preparation: Developing layouts for physical corporate materials such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, company profiles, banners, and backdrops, while setting proper crop marks and resolutions for print vendors.

• Asset Optimization: Sourcing, editing, masking, and retouched photography or stock elements to create realistic and high-end promotional composites.

• Template & Deck Design: Structuring uniform, clean presentation decks, proposals, or multi-page documents to help sales or management teams deliver visually cohesive information to stakeholders.

• Portfolio Requirement: A well-structured digital portfolio/behance link showcasing real-world or mock design projects, demonstrating versatility in vector creation, image editing, typography layouts, and promotional media.

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience working in an agency, in-house marketing team, or managing high-level creative freelance accounts. Talented fresh graduates with stellar internship backgrounds are also highly considered.

• Language: Good technical and conversational English is highly necessary, as modern software tools, asset marketplaces, design system terms, and international trend spaces operate completely in English.
