A Content Creator is a creative multimedia professional responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing engaging visual and textual content—primarily short-form videos, photos, and captions—for a company's digital channels. Their core objective is to capture audience attention, tell a compelling brand story, and drive user engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Idea Generation & Scripting: Brainstorming unique video concepts weekly, writing engaging scripts, and planning shots before heading into production.

• Filming & Technical Execution: Operating smartphones, microphones, and basic lighting setups to capture high-resolution video footage in-studio or on-location.

• Video Editing & Post-Production: Cutting raw footage, adding engaging transitions, syncing viral background music, applying sound effects (SFX), and hardcoding accurate text subtitles.

• Caption & Keyword Optimization: Writing highly engaging captions and selecting strategic SEO keywords and hashtags to maximize organic reach on platform algorithms.

• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or Vocational High School Graduate. While a degree in Communications, Marketing, or Creative Multimedia is a plus, a proven personal or professional video portfolio is prioritized above all else.

• Portfolio Requirement: A highly active digital portfolio or a direct link to social channels (TikTok/Instagram) showcasing past video projects, demonstrating a strong grasp of pacing, visual hooks, and editing styles.

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Highly entry-level friendly for candidates who have successfully built their own personal social media presence or completed content creation internships.

• Language: Conversational English is highly essential to comfortably research global trends, write captions for international audiences, and tap into global digital spaces.
