Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer is a visual communication specialist who creates digital and print concepts to inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Combining art and technology, they transform raw ideas, marketing copy, and photography into highly appealing, clean layouts—including social media content, corporate profiles, marketing brochures, and promotional merchandise—ensuring the company’s message reaches its target audience clearly and consistently.

• Daily Operation Oversight: Supervising the maintenance team on the floor, ensuring all technical repairs and service requests are completed swiftly and up to code.

• Preventive Maintenance Scheduling: Creating and enforcing schedules for checking lifts, boilers, water treatment plants, and backup generators.

• Safety & Compliance (K3): Guaranteeing that all engineering operations strictly follow local safety protocols and that team members wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Vendor & Contract Management: Coordinating with third-party contractors for specialized tasks (e.g., elevator servicing, fire safety audits) and reviewing their work.

• Inventory Control: Tracking the stock of essential spare parts, tools, and materials to ensure the team always has what they need for emergency fixes

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Vocational high school graduates (SMK Teknik) with extensive experience are also highly eligible.

• Certifications (Highly Valued): K3 Umum (Occupational Health and Safety certification), specialized electrical handling certificates (e.g., AK3 Listrik), or building management certifications.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an engineering technician, with at least 1–2 years acting in a senior or team lead capacity.

• Language: Good technical English is highly necessary for reading international equipment manuals, dealing with foreign suppliers, or working in the international hospitality/corporate sector.
