Marketing Executive

A Marketing Executive develops and executes marketing campaigns to promote a company's products, services, or overall brand identity. Working closely with creative and sales teams, they manage multi-channel marketing efforts—including digital ads, social media strategies, offline events, and PR partnerships—to increase brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and generate qualified leads for the sales funnel.

• Campaign Implementation: Executing daily marketing initiatives across digital (social media, email marketing, SEO) and offline channels (billboards, local events, pop-ups).

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Translating commercial sales targets into creative design briefs for Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Content Creators to ensure matching visual styles.

• Budget Monitoring & Allocation: Tracking daily advertising expenditures across platforms to ensure promotional spending stays strictly within the approved monthly budget.

• Media & Partnership Relations: Reaching out to external brand partners, negotiating influencer/KOL (Key Opinion Leader) contracts, and managing PR placements to boost organic brand visibility.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related business field.

• Experience: 1–3+ years of proven experience running digital or offline marketing campaigns, working inside an advertising agency, or handling an in-house corporate marketing account.

• Portfolio Requirement: A campaign portfolio showcasing past marketing initiatives, creative project briefs, copy samples, and concrete data metrics (e.g., "Increased lead volume by 25%" or "Managed IDR 50M monthly ad spend").

• Language: Professional written and spoken English is highly critical. They must confidently draft pitch proposals for corporate partners, write public press releases, and present campaign analytics to international stakeholders.
